1. The short version

We do not ask you to create an account. Files you use with the tools on this site are processed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to us or stored by us. Our host processes technical request data, and Google AdSense may use cookies when advertising is enabled, as described below.

2. Files and data you enter

Every tool on this site runs client-side. When you open an image in the compressor, a PDF in the toolkit, or type your history into the resume builder, the data is read into your browser's memory, processed using your device's own capability, and returned to you. It is never sent over the network, never reaches our servers, and is discarded when you close or reload the page.

The same applies to figures entered into calculators and to text or Wi-Fi credentials entered into the QR code generator. That data does not leave your device and is not logged.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical request data, which may include your IP address, browser information, referring page and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site. An IP address can be personal data.

4. Cookies and local storage

We store two small preferences in your browser: your chosen theme and your chosen language. Some tools also save your work in local storage so you do not lose it on refresh — the resume builder is the main example. All of this stays on your device and is never sent to a server. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Advertising partners may set their own cookies as described in the next section. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; the tools on this site will continue to work.

5. Advertising

When advertising is enabled, this site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other sites, subject to your consent choices where required.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on this site and use cookies to do so. We do not control these cookies and recommend consulting the relevant privacy policies of those vendors.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data held about you, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

We do not keep accounts or copies of files processed in the tools. Technical request data may be processed by our host, and advertising data may be processed by Google and its partners. Your rights may apply to those data too.

7. Your rights under CCPA

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect the categories of personal information that would make such a sale possible.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
